Yakima Valley. Conley Vineyard (100% Organic). Whole cluster pressed. Native fermentation. Aged 9 months in Concrete, one month in Demi Muid barrel. Gentle floral notes of lily of the valley and green apple meet dried honeysuckle, sage and hints of Meyer lemon for a wild savory lift. Soft minerality and a silky mouthfeel carry it across the palate, finishing with whispers of roasted almond and quince paste on a balanced acid backbone.
