Columbia Valley. NV. Méthode Traditionnelle. 100% Blanc de Blancs. 13 months on lees before disgorgement. Luscious notes of green apple, Meyer lemon curd and whipped shortbread get lifted by a lovely sustained medium bead with hints of lime zest leading to a smooth and creamy, lingering finish.
