Yakima Valley. Elephant Mountain Vineyard. Bandol style Rosé. 71% Mourvèdre, 29% Grenache. Cold-pressed, then aged for 4 months in stainless steel. Crisp and clean. Lifted hints of of wild strawberry and a whisper of watermelon float over a pleasant minerality with a subtle structural grip held by a balanced, zippy, mouth watering acidity that gives way to a beautifully refreshing finish.
