Café Impromptu Quintet is an all female ensemble who shares a love of the repertoire of French chanson, musette, swing and Django Hot Club music.
Founded in 2015 by bassist Kristi O’Donnell, Café Impromptu is a gathering space and a band, for women in jazz to feel welcomed playing together. We are performing at Dancing Fish this week to celebrate Kristi’s birthday, and invite you to join us. Birthday hats will abound!

Kristi is a long time volunteer for WIN, and is grateful to Dancing Fish for their ongoing fundraising for this vital South Whidbey Organization.
This event is by reservation only and a portion of the $25 admission fee will go to Whidbey Island Nourishes (WIN).
Please be aware that due to limited seating capacity in the Dancing Fish Barn, some patrons may be assigned to larger communal tables. Alternatively, if you have friends who are also attending this event, please let us know via text/phone (360-632-4190) or email (info@dancingfishvineyards.com) in advance of the performance so we can seat you at the same table.
